Notifications and reminders
Enable Club announcements in the app and allow notifications in your phone’s Settings. If the app shows a pending connection, reconnect to the internet and retry. Local match reminders and Club announcements have separate controls. Alerts may be delayed or unavailable; confirm current range instructions with the Club.
Calendar and saved content
Refresh the app while connected to retrieve current events and announcements. Saved content can remain available offline and may be out of date. On iPhone, allow Calendar access when adding an event. On Android, complete the prefilled event in your calendar app.
Shot Timer
The optional Shot Timer analyzes microphone input on your phone while a timing session is active. It does not save or send audio. Allow microphone access when you tap Start. Phone measurements can be affected by background noise, nearby shots, device placement, and hardware. Follow all Club rules and range-officer instructions, and verify results with suitable dedicated equipment when accuracy is essential.
Privacy and data requests
Read the privacy policy or follow the data deletion instructions. The Prospective Member Progress Tracker needs only your name. Prospective cards require dashboard approval; regular members can show activity QR codes immediately. You can collect one shoot, one work party, and one meeting sign-off per day. External Club website logins are managed separately.
