Manage or delete your data
Scorecards, timer history, and the previous progress card stay on your phone. The name-only membership tracker saves names, progress, and sign-offs online.
Delete your online membership card
In Colonial Club, open Prospective Member Progress Tracker → My card → Delete my card and confirm. No sign-in, phone call, or email is required. Deletion removes your card profile, private access identifier, progress, and associated audit records. Your name and initials are removed from sign-offs you gave to other members; their activity date and completion remain without your identity.
Deletion runs when you confirm online. The app confirms completion and removes the saved card and private access key from your device. If your connection fails, select Delete my card again to finish safely. This cannot be undone. A new prospective card needs dashboard approval again. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete online records.
If you no longer have the device, or previously used an invited account, email colonial@technickalapps.com with the name on your card and a description of the records you want removed. We may ask for the minimum information needed to identify your records. Do not send passwords or private device keys.
Delete information on your phone
- Use the progress tracker’s reset or photo-removal controls to remove prospective-member progress or a stored card photo.
- On iPhone, use Delete App to remove the app and its private local data. Offloading the app preserves its documents and data.
- On Android, clear the app’s storage in system Settings or uninstall the app to remove its private local data.
- Delete exported backups, PDFs, CSVs, shared images, calendar events, and saved scorecards from the apps or locations where you saved them. Removing Colonial Club does not remove those copies.
- Manage any iPhone device/iCloud backups separately in Apple’s settings. Restoring an old backup or importing an exported file may restore information you previously deleted.
Turn off notifications
Switch off Club announcements and local reminders in the app. Announcement opt-out requests unsubscribe the installation from the Club topic and disable Messaging auto-initialization. If the server connection is pending, reconnect and retry. You can also revoke notification permission in system Settings. Opting out is not the same as deleting an existing Firebase installation identifier.
Request deletion assistance
Email info@colonialrifleandpistolclub.com with the subject Colonial Club Data Deletion Request. For technical assistance, contact colonial@technickalapps.com.
Describe the information you want removed and the service involved. If your request concerns support correspondence, use the email address used for that correspondence. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated personal information. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to locate responsive records. Previous on-device card data cannot be erased remotely. Online membership records are handled through the account-deletion process above.
We act on requests when responsive information can reasonably be identified, subject to legal and security retention needs. Firebase states that installation identifiers are removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after a deletion API request. Notification identifiers are not linked to an app account or your email, so we may be unable to match an installation from an email address alone.
Separate services
External Club website accounts and Firebase beta-tester enrollment are separate from the member app. Identify that service in your request so it can be routed appropriately. See the privacy policy for retention and provider details.
